Chair Yoga

A gentle and supportive yoga class using seated and standing movements designed to support mobility, circulation, flexibility, balance, and nervous system regulation.

Perfect for beginners, seniors, clients with injuries or limited mobility and those returning to movement after time away.

Seniors Yoga

A calming and accessible yoga class designed specifically to support gentle movement, flexibility, mobility, circulation, balance, and overall wellbeing as we age.

Restorative Nervous System Yoga

A deeply calming class focused on relaxation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, grounding, and emotional wellbeing.

Yoga Nidra

Frequently Asked Questions About Scalar Yoga

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing you can move easily in and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.

    Yoga mats and supportive equipment are all provided for you, however if you prefer using your own yoga mat, you are more than welcome to bring it along. We simply ask that all clients please bring a light towel to place over the yoga mat for hygiene purposes.

    We also have a filtered refill water station available for you during your visit.

  • Not at all. Scalar Yoga is suitable for beginners, all ages, and all skill levels. Classes are designed to feel approachable, supportive, calming, and free from pressure or judgement.

  • That is completely okay, and actually one of the main reasons many people come to Scalar Yoga. Classes are designed to gently support flexibility, mobility, circulation, movement, lymphatic flow, and nervous system regulation at your own pace.

  • Yes. Movements can be modified and tailored to support different bodies, injuries, limitations, and comfort levels wherever possible. We always encourage clients to listen to their body and move gently.
