About Soulibrium

  • Soulibrium Wellness Centre is a wellness space designed to support relaxation, restoration and wellbeing.

    We offer a range of wellness experiences including the Scalar Room, Infrared Sauna Wellness Pod, Compression Therapy, massage, energy healing, sensory sessions, workshops, memberships and community events.

    Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment where people can slow down, recharge and prioritise their wellbeing.

  • Soulibrium Wellness Centre is located in the Wollongong and Illawarra region of New South Wales, Australia.

    Full location details and directions will be provided upon booking where applicable.

  • Yes.

    We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment and our facilities are fully wheelchair accessible.

    If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact our team prior to your visit and we'll be happy to assist.

Scalar Room Questions

  • Think of the Scalar Room as a place for your nervous system to finally breathe.

    Many of our clients spend their days caring for everyone else. They're juggling work, family, ageing parents, relationships, responsibilities and the constant mental load of modern life.

    By the time they walk through our doors, they're often exhausted, overwhelmed and running on empty.

    The Scalar Room provides a dedicated space to slow down, switch off and simply receive.

    Some people read. Some meditate. Some nap. Some listen to music or journal. Others simply sit quietly and enjoy not having to be anywhere or do anything for a couple of hours.

    There is nothing to achieve here.

    No expectations.

    No pressure.

    Just time and space for you.

  • Most guests relax in comfortable recliner chairs while reading, journaling, meditating, listening to music, working on their laptop or simply resting.

    There is no expectation to do anything specific during your session.

    Many clients describe it as one of the few places they can truly switch off and give themselves permission to rest.

  • We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable clothing.

    We provide recliner chairs, blankets, pillows and everything you need to feel comfortable during your session.

    However, you're also welcome to bring anything that helps you relax, including:

    • Headphones
    • Ear plugs
    • Eye masks
    • Books or journals
    • A blanket from home
    • Your favourite meditation or music playlist

    Many of our regular clients have little comfort rituals that help them settle in and make the experience their own.

  • Children aged 12 years and over are welcome to attend our regular Scalar Room sessions when accompanied by a parent or guardian where required.

    For children under 12 years of age, please keep an eye out for our dedicated School Holiday Programs and family-friendly events, which are specifically designed with younger participants in mind.

Membership Questions

  • Our memberships are designed for people who want to make their wellbeing a regular priority rather than something they only think about when they're already burnt out.

    Just like going to the gym, consistency matters.

    You wouldn't expect to build strength after one workout, and wellbeing works much the same way.

    Many of our members choose to visit regularly because they notice the greatest benefits come from creating space for themselves consistently over time.

    To help track your progress, we also offer Bio-Well wellness scans, allowing you to monitor changes and improvements throughout your wellness journey.

  • Yes.

    Our memberships have a minimum commitment period of three months.

    This gives you the opportunity to experience the benefits of consistency and establish a supportive wellness routine.

    After the initial three-month period, you're welcome to freeze or cancel your membership in accordance with your membership agreement.

  • Unless otherwise stated, membership credits must be used within the current billing period and do not roll over to future months.

  • Yes.

    Following your initial three-month commitment period, memberships can be frozen or cancelled in accordance with your membership agreement.

    If you're unsure which option is best for you, please contact our team and we'll be happy to assist.

Wellness Services

  • Absolutely.

    Many of our clients enjoy creating their own wellness day by combining multiple services during the same visit.

    For the best experience, we generally recommend starting with your Scalar Room session first, followed by services such as massage or the Infrared Sauna Wellness Pod afterwards.

    Compression Therapy and other wellness services can typically be enjoyed either before or after your Scalar Room session, depending on your preferences and schedule.

    Our team is always happy to help create a personalised wellness experience that feels right for you.

  • No referral is required for most of our wellness services.

    You can book directly through our online booking system.

  • Our massage services may be eligible for private health fund rebates through HICAPS, depending on your level of cover and provider.

    Gap payments may apply.

    At this time, our Scalar Room sessions, Infrared Sauna Wellness Pod, Compression Therapy, Energy Healing, Bio-Well Scans, memberships and other wellness services are not covered by private health funds.

    If you're unsure whether you're eligible for a rebate, please contact our team prior to your appointment.

Sensory Session Questions

  • No.

    While our Sensory Sessions are suitable for NDIS participants and neurodivergent individuals, they are open to anyone looking for a sensory-friendly, welcoming and supportive experience.

  • Yes.

    One carer, support worker or companion may attend free of charge when accompanying a paying participant and presenting a valid Carer Card or Companion Card.

  • No.

    While a movie or TV show will be playing throughout the session, these are not traditional silent cinema experiences.

    Participants may communicate, move around, use sensory supports or engage with the environment in ways that support their comfort and regulation.

    Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed and accepted.

Practitioners & Room Hire

  • Yes.

    We welcome expressions of interest from aligned wellness professionals including massage therapists, Reiki practitioners, coaches, counsellors, yoga teachers, energy healers and other holistic practitioners.

  • Absolutely.

    Our wellness space is available for selected workshops, retreats, practitioner trainings, wellness events and community gatherings.

  • Yes.

    We're always open to connecting with aligned practitioners interested in reciprocal referrals, collaborations and community partnerships.

Booking Questions

  • We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, will result in the full payment, booking fee or session credit being forfeited.

    As a small business, late cancellations often leave us unable to fill the appointment time, and we appreciate your understanding and respect for our practitioners' time.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible.

    While we will do our best to accommodate you, late arrivals may result in reduced session time out of respect for other guests and scheduled bookings.
